By using our website and the CreatorOS platform, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What We Collect

When you connect a social account (including TikTok, via TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API) or use CreatorOS, we may collect: basic account information (username, display name, profile picture, email), OAuth access and refresh tokens required to publish content on your behalf, content you create or upload through the platform, and usage data needed to operate and improve the Service. We do not collect more TikTok user data than is required to provide the publishing features you explicitly enable.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to authenticate you with connected platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), to prepare and publish content only when you take explicit action — we never post on your behalf without your confirmation — to operate, maintain and improve CreatorOS, and to respond to support requests.

TikTok-Specific Data Handling

Access tokens obtained through TikTok's Login Kit are stored securely and used solely to call TikTok's Content Posting API on your explicit instruction. We do not sell, rent, or share TikTok user data with third parties for advertising or any purpose outside providing the Service you requested. You can revoke SolaraMade's access to your TikTok account at any time from your TikTok account settings, which immediately invalidates our stored token.

YouTube API Services

SolaraMade uses YouTube API Services to manage and publish content on our own YouTube channels. By using our services, you acknowledge our use of YouTube API Services and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You may revoke SolaraMade's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via the Google Security Settings page.

Data Retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; we will remove your stored tokens and associated content data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the third-party platforms you explicitly connect, and solely to perform the actions you request.

Cookies

Our website may use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and basic site functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
