These Terms govern your use of the SolaraMade website and the CreatorOS platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

SolaraMade helps creators design, generate and publish content. You are responsible for the content you choose to create and publish.

TikTok Integration

When you connect TikTok, we use TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. We never post on your behalf without your explicit action. Uploaded content is saved as a draft that you review and publish yourself inside TikTok.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, infringing or harmful activity, or to attempt unauthorized access to the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. SolaraMade is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service to the extent permitted by law.
